You can limit the duration of each login session. Additionally, the platform can generate periodic on-screen reminders to notify you how long you have been connected and display your updated balance, promoting greater awareness.
Temporary break (Time-out)
If you wish to step away temporarily, you can activate a break period ranging from 24 hours to several weeks. During this time, you will not be able to access your account.
Self-exclusion and account closure
For those who feel the need to stop their activity long-term, we offer the self-exclusion option for a period of months, years, or permanently. Once activated, this restriction cannot be revoked prematurely. Alternatively, you can contact our team to permanently close your profile at any time.
